The end of the school year is getting closer and closer.  The Senior class has approximately 35 school days left, but who’s counting, right?  Most of the seniors have applied to their colleges of choice, and several have made their final decision as to their post-secondary career.  Several students have decided on the University of Maine at Machias, including Camryn Thistlewood for Secondary Education, Krysten Robinson and Linda Johnson for Psychology and Community Studies, Devan Libby and Brooke Alley for Elementary Education, and Jadah Alley for Biology.  Douglas Hinkley will go to Eastern Maine Community College to study Fire Science Technology.  Tyler Sprowl will go to Worcester Polytechnic Institute to get a degree in Interactive Media and Game Design.  Joseph McDonald will continue his career as a commercial fisherman on F/V Reach Keeper (which he owns) and the F/V Miss B. Haven.  Class Night will be June 9th at 6 P.M., and graduation will be on Sunday June 11th at 1 P.M.  Following graduation, the seniors will go on their class trip to Portland.
